Ex-Nigerian Finance Minister, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has arisen as the Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
An assertion delivered by the WTO on Monday, February fifteenth affirmed the arrangement of Okonjo-Iweala as the main female and African to turn into the association’s Director-General.
Her new support by the United States of America and the withdrawal of the South Korean Trade Minister and up-and-comer, Yoo Myung-hee, made the way for Okonjo-Iweala.
